Eyecare Support Worker Services was founded in early 2021 by Anita Connolly

Eyecare was born after many difficult encounters over the years, striving to create a company where employees are well looked after just as the participants acquired, where every person is treated as an equal. Anita has been putting in the long term fight for Advocacy with rights and entitlements for many years.

Anita has dedicated her adult years to personally caring for her Son who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy from a young age. Supporting him through many of life’s hard and exciting moments. Briefly working as a Support Coordinator and a Support Worker for other NDIS participants, Anita found her true passion in using her knowledge and skill set to see that ALL people are correctly cared for no matter what situation life may have given them.

Over the years Anita has built a strong and well trained team to create a family setting, giving adequate opportunities and training to every employee and participant. Eyecare was built on the reputation of looking out for every person and seeing through each task with great passion. Eyecare support worker services approach is that of the highest standards whilst still maintaining an environment based on passion, care and kindness.
